Payment Policy:

The guest will be charged a pre-payment of the total price upon booking.

Cancellation Policy:

3% of your total booking is non-refundable. Rooms cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Damages and removal of guest house property:

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage caused by deliberate, negligent or reckless act made by you or any guest in your party to the Guest House’s property or structure. We also reserve the right to charge guests the full replacement (including delivery) cost of any items that are removed from the premises by the guest without consent. Should any missing items or damages come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to charge the credit/debit card used to make the reservation for the full amount. Additional charges may be incurred if the damaged or stolen property renders the affected room(s) unusable for an extended period of time.

Your stay:

Check in is from 3pm to 8pm. However, if you think you are likely to be later than this, please let us know in advance what your estimated time of arrival is, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Check out is 10am the day of departure.

The rate includes breakfast.

Please be aware that there is no guest access to the kitchen.
